Crash when closing ART

On Windows build (at least), ART crash when exiting. Backtrace provided. I won’t be abable to fix that, I’ve no clue of what’s going on here.

To reproduce, start ART then close it.

I’m on Windows7. Maybe we could have more Win10 tester then close it if only Win7 is affected ?

I’m using using the latest generic build 1.9.3-25 by gaaned92 on W10 and don't experience the crash.
