Pipeline inefficiency - executing demosaic & HL recovery when there is no apparent need

Recent changes led to a dramatic slowdown:
jumping back just a single step in history, regardless of what it is,
causes execution of demosaic and highlight reconstruction (if latter is enabled in newly selected step in history, even though setting its is unchaged)

Hello Michael, I can’t reproduce this on Linux with latest Art code. Doing several Ctrl+Zs just jumps back to the previous states without any demosaicing, with highlight reconstruction enabled. So no slowdown here.
