canon_cr3_decoder.cc references

Please fix the copyright references for the CR3 decoder. It is in all entirety lifted from LibRaw https://github.com/LibRaw/LibRaw/blob/master/src/decoders/crx.cpp yet bears no copyright from LibRaw. Reading it someone would have thought you did all the work on the decoder and I know that it is not so.

The copyright was there (see https://bitbucket.org/agriggio/art/src/f67518114c6fa25cba6c55399359436a6d711312/rtengine/canon_cr3_decoder.cc?at=master#lines-30), but indeed it was imprecise. I never meant to imply that I did any work on this, sorry if this is the impression you got.

I have now made it more explicit (see https://bitbucket.org/agriggio/art/commits/43eab7b8da7d49398cf2345331ce7c4f71014ebf), can you please check that it is fine now? Thanks! and sorry for the mistake, I know how annoying such kind of misattribution can be.
