Film Simulation giving error: "Film Simulation - Error reading file: (None)"
Hi!
For the past couple days, I’ve started using ART instead of RawTherapee and have loved it! However, I am completely unable to use Film Simulations.
When Film Simulations are enabled I get the following error:
Film Simulation - Error reading file: (None)
I am on Arch Linux with ART v1.11.1. My LUT file structure is as follows:/home/user/.config/ART/Luts/HaldCLUT/
I have configured ART to look in: /home/user/.config/ART/Luts/HaldCLUT/
When I try using a LUT, I get the aforementioned error message when I enable film simulation then when I select a LUT (they are all in the menu) the progress bar freezes halfway through “Processing image” and I have to quit the program to cancel the operation.
I have tried the following:
- Restarting my computer
- Selecting the RawTherapee LUT folder (which identical to the ART one), RawTherapee works fine but ART gives the same error
- Removing all but one LUT from the folder
- Changing the search directory
Any help would be much appreciated!

reporter Updating 1.12 seems to have fixed the problem, the error still comes up but the profiles apply fine. Thank you for your help!

Hi, did you try with 1.12? What build are you using?
Thanks
