Built-in profiles (Neutral) and (Default) nearly identical

Hi, the built-in profiles (Neutral) and (Default) found under the Profiles drop-down menu are nearly identical, the default one activates only the lens correction module. Wouldn’t it be better when default applies an exposure curve as well, eg. film-like?
