Art 1.14 unable to write sidecar files for RW2 on Windows 11

When opening .RW2 raw files in ART 1.14 on Windows 11 it complains that ist is not able to write to the files because they do not exist.

I uninstalled ART 1.14, cleaned the directory and reinstalled it. Noch change, the issue stayed.

I uninstalled ART 1.14, cleaned the directory and installed ART 1.13. Everything works, no complaint about not being able to write the sidecar files.

could it be a windows security setting? Maybe you need to give some permissions to ART 1.14? Otherwise I need more information to understand what is going on… (e.g. maybe upload a short video that shows the problem)
