buffer tool

All that is missing in ART is a buffer tool like in Gimp or better like that of darktable to allow cleaning of sensor spots or other faults in the image. Would it be possible to implement it?

I work a lot with scanned negatives, and this option would be really great to dust off my images without going through Gimp, which would make my workflow much faster !
