ART fails to open png files from one particular archive

ART fails to open png files from https://facesyntheticspubwedata.blob.core.windows.net/wacv-2023/subjects_0-1999_72_imgs.zip

When the above zip archive is uncompressed ART doesn’t show previews of the png files when pointed to some subdirectory with png files.

Could not reproduce with ART built from latest source code on Linux. Tried a few subdirectories - all opened fine, previews were shown. Will reboot into FreeBSD 14 and try again.

It looks that FreeBSD 14 does not support my new card Radeon RX 6600, so I can’t test

Managed to fix my Radeon support. Tried your archive - works fine, previews are loaded. FreeBSD 14 fully updated, ART 1.21 installed from packages. Packages database is latest, not quarterly.

I am unable to open any PNG files from a disk directory.

When ART is launched with such directory - ART shows that the directory is empty.

Perhaps you don’t have “png” checked in “Preferences → File browser → Parsed extensions”?

Hello, I noticed some time ago that png was indeed unchecked for some reason. I never touch those parsed extensions, until that moment that png's didn’t show up.
