fl.expr~ crash on windows

fl.expr~ can be instantiated, but you cannot parse it arguments. If you do, it crashes with an assert. pictured here

I’ve pushed what I think is a fix to master, but not tested it. The testing required is first to try various expressions (with and without correctly balanced brackets) on Mac, and if that behaves then I think a new windows build will not have this error.

This is fixed in my latest build on both macOS and Windows
