issue with the tone of emails

I have a small issue with the tone and formatting of the emails asking us to use this platform as the sole means of communication of bugs. The use of bold typeface and asterisk might be considered rude.

I hope this issue will be solved in the near future.

This thread is hilarious! shouty bold capitals are almost all of it. The OP said something about asterisk, which are missing in there I think... what a lack of rigor!
