Two language concerns

1. fl.argmax~ contains the description: Calculates the index of maximum of the input frame.

Should it be: "calculates the index of the maximum of the input frame." (?)

2. Many of the vector objects return a single value, the language in the docs for this varies between...

"The result is a single value" and "The output is a single value". Which should be used?

I made it all nice. "result" is no more - "output" is the future.
