fl.tomax~ ordering is unpredictable (and also between objects)

Alex Harker repo owner created an issue

At the moment the ordering of messages firing at the same time in framelib~ (and possibly even at different times) is unpredictable within a single object, and between objects - it would be preferable for ordering to be predictable.
