fl.join~ throws error for /trigger_ins

When trying to give fl.join~ a /trigger_ins parameter it doesn't work. Error is given saying 'no parameter' when addressing it with /, and doing it the 'Max' way ala fl.join~ 8 1 it says the argument 2 is out of range.

I've fixed this on the next branch - the error is in fact cosmetic - things will be set correctly under the hood - it is the error being reported that is the bug, rather than anything else
