Can't install on Windows Python 3.6.4

When I try to install wheezy.web I get an error message: TypeError: expected str, bytes or os.PathLike object, not int

    Same here. And I can't be more specific just easy_install wheezy.web[jinja2] and I have the exact same error (Win7 64bit, Python 3.6.6)
