Wrong 'Hardcoded self class reference' warnings

Having AppDelegate categories in the form AppDelegate+<Library> leads to incorrect hardcoded self class reference warnings.

e.g. AppDelegate+Adjust [Adjust appDidLaunch:adjustConfig];

This should now be fixed in v1.6.2
