missing translation results need sorting

The results for missing localizations are not sorted and completely jumbled for each missing phrase and the language it's missing for.

I propose sorting it by phrase and then sub-categorizing the languages that are missing.

For example:

"Buy Now"
    - Missing: English, Chinese (Simplified), Spanish

"Send a message to support"
    - Missing: French, Japanese, Spanish

...
