My project used ARC.When i check my project by faux pas, contain "AssigningDelegate" rule,it does not recognize some file which be identified "-fno-objc-arc",then will warn "Assigning delegate property" in this file.

Thanks for reporting this. I have been unable to reproduce this issue — could you please provide a small Xcode project that demonstrates and reproduces this?
