Deploy only specific subfolder.

Ability to specify which subfolders from within the git repository should be deployed.

There are cases when only some subfolders need to be deployed and the rest of them ignored by the deploy script (i.e. when all files are inside a www folder and the git repository contains other files/folders for database, scripts, etc).

same issue here, my repo contains a htdocs folder which have to go to /var/www/mysite

This is now possible with the new Pipelines feature and git-ftp, by specifying a syncroot path. Please use the new Pipelines as this script is now obsolete.
