File transfer error: couldn't connect to host

I tried to use your code in my shared hosting server and I'm getting this error :

BitBucket Sync - Full Deploy

      ! File transfer error: couldn't connect to host
 * Extracting archive to commits/
 # Unable to find the extracted files in commits/

I have checked the config file over and over everything seems ok, what do you think is the problem ?

Your server is not allowed to access bitbucket.org site. Check with your hosting provider and ask them to unblock outgoing communication.
