Compile under Solaris (SunOS x86) and include binaries in the distribution

We have received a report that someone needs to run sqlite4java-based app on a Solaris
workstation.

Unfortunately, we don't have enough resources to provide SunOS build, and the demand
for this is low, so we have to close this issue at this moment. Should there be renewed
interest in supporting SunOS, it could be reopened.
