Originally, I should reply to the thread of Issue # 4, https://bitbucket.org/alta8888/messagepreview/issues/4/after-restarting-thunderbird-this But since login is refused, I wrote a "reply" statement in a new thread. Thank you for your understanding.

I pay tribute to the speedy response. You have checked the thread (Issue #1) presented. That's exactly what it says. MessagePreview 2.3 downloaded xpi and "installed from file". This extension is a new addition, not an update. Thunderbird is a new Profile. However, many extensions have been added. Disabling all other extensions does not improve the issue situation. Every time restart Thunderbird, I will need to disable MessagePreview and re-enable it.

This Issue # 1 is "changed status to resolved", and it seems that support has been closed. As an alternative, what if you added an automated process for that behavior (after Thunderbird is restarted, this extension is automatically disabled and then re-enabled)? Please consider it.

    Issue #1 is resolved because the reporter(s) didn’t note further issues after removing old extension data from an existing profile (or creating a new profile).

    If the problem can’t be reproduced, it can’t be fixed, unfortunately.

    Some things have already been included to change the timing; every ESR has introduced changes as web extensions evolve. It will be looked at again.
