Moodle privacy unit test fail

When I run all the unit tests for my Moodle installation, I've got the following error :
provider_testcase::test_userdata_provider_implements_userlist with data set "mod_amanote" ('mod_amanote', 'mod_amanote\privacy\provider') Failed asserting that false is true.
