Issue #29 new

next(iterable[, default]) is converted to iterable.next() even if keyword argument default= is specified.

Anonymous created an issue

next() is supported from Python 2.6. Leaving it intact should be the default behavior if target is ≥ Python 2.6, though if target is ≤ 2.6, and next is used in its extended form (with default= kwarg), it should result in an error instead.

Currently:

{{{ -next(range(5), 3) +xrange(5), 3.next() }}}
