Support Team Train Ballet

The old generator supports the Team Train Ballet event. Maybe this one should support it too?

    Not sure if I should bother with this. I've never seen a Team Train Ballet competition mentioned at any event I've ever been to. I emailed Scott Davis to get his thoughts as well.

    Checked with Scott. He said "Yes, team train still exists for now". I'll make this higher priority and make sure it is done before the old application is deleted.

    Downgraded to major. No one does team train ballet. If we really want to add it later we can. I’m not going to consider it a release blocker though.
