Other page sizes than A4 and A5

Classic thesis works nice on A4 and A5, but produces very bad output on other page sizes,
such as B5. The problem is that classic thesis uses its textblock size settings for
A4 on anything but A5. These settings are not suitable for anything but A4, so it would
be much better if classic thesis would not set any textblock size for paper sizes other
than A4 and A5. The defaults provided by typearea are quite reasonable, so that would
be a good starting point for customisation. Much better than, for example, a textblock
that is larger than the page size, which I got now.

This has been fixed in 285dd25: if paper=a4, a5 or letter, areaset will be called with some predefined values; for other paper sizes, defaults from document class will be inherited and it will be up to the user to adjust the text area.
