Page numbers are displayed inconsistently
Page numbers are placed inconsistently, depending on the type of page they are on. If a new chapter starts on the page, the page number is displayed at the bottom of the page with the arsclassica style and not at all with classicthesis. On other pages, the page number is displayed at the top of the page. You can see an example of this in the “Showcase” section of the wiki: https://bitbucket.org/amiede/classicthesis/wiki/Home
How would one make the page number be at the same position on every site, preferably at the top of the page like on pages that don’t start a new chapter? I spent hours playing around in the code and couldn’t figure it out.
Also, I’d like to take this opportunity to say thank you for this template, it saved me a lot of time and looks really nice ;)
