    ``` Could you consider also supporting the B5 papersize? According to Wikipedia it is a relatively common size for books. Also, the PhD dissertations at the University of Amsterdam and the VU University Amsterdam (at least those that I have seen) tend to use that format. ```
    ``` Also, for us in America, we have horrible backwards paper sizes like "letter" (blegh), which I have hacked around to make nice (thanks \addtolength), but it would be nice if it was supported natively :) ```

    As there are too many different paper sizes and layout wishes to be supported, there

    is no generic way to resolve this issue (as fas as I see).

    Thus, the best way is to adjust the size of the textblock and margins manually after

    loading classicthesis.sty via: \areaset[bcor]{textwidth}{textheight} \setlength{\footskip}{size}% if necessary \setlength{\marginparwidth}{size}% if necessary \setlength{\marginparsep}{size}% if necessary The default values for these can be found in classicthesis as reference. For good line lengths, classichthesis.sty has some reference values for Palatino and Minion.

    Further information can be found in Robert Bringhurst's book.
