Not compatible with lyx-2.4

Hello,

Something looks to have been broken with latest lyx 2.4 version. Even trying to compile the example ClassicThesis.lyx fails with errors related with hyperfootnotes and pdfpagelabels:

@Francisco Ramos (Pacho) While I'm investigating, see if removing the quotation marks from the line PackageOptions hyperref "hyperfootnotes=false,pdfpagelabels" in your classicthesis.layout helps.

This got solved in 2.4.1 with this Change:

• Re-allow the use of quoted argument to PackageOptions layout tag.
