\setpartpreamble from KOMAscript does not work

Issue #24 resolved
Former user created an issue

``` What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. \setpartpreamble[u]{Preamble text} 2. \cleardoublepage\part{Part text} 3.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead? Preamble text beneath Part text. Nothing happens (no errors, etc.)
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? classicthesis 2.9, TexShop 2.38, MacOS 10.6.7
Please provide any additional information below. Since classicthesis makes use of KOMAscript, I'd like to use a part preamble beneath the part title, or even better, on next page with the same vertical alignment.
```

    ``` Hi Ivo,
    thanks for your help. Though your approach works, another cleardoublepage is been added to PDF. I've also tried to omit '\cleardoublepage' before '\setpreamble' but this does not help.
    Thank you! ```
    ``` \@spart seems to cause some additional trouble as Bernhard pointed out.

    I've attached a quick fix version of classicthesis.sty, that implements a workaround a couple of my colleagues used for their theses.

    Usage: \cleardoublepage \renewcommand{\ctparttext}{Some informational part preamble text here.} \part{Some Kind of Manual}

    ```
