Title of chapters and sections show at header out of margin

``` I have some titles of chapters and seccions that are too long to be shown completetly at header of pages. There's some way to show something like 'This is a title too..." and not the complete title.

``` In LaTeX: \chapter[This is a short title]{This title appears to be way too long}

\section[Short one]{Long, way too long}

In LyX: right click on the title, then "Insert short title"

Short titles will also appear in the table of contents. ```
