mathbb in chapter- and section-heads does not appear

``` mathbb text does not appear in the chapter- and section-heads (as well as in the ToC and page headlines)

using classicthesis' "pdfspacing" option solves the problem partially, but somehow the text still does not appear in the page headline.

\chapter{This is a test \ensuremath{\mathbb{NRZ}}}

\section{This is a test \ensuremath{\mathbb{NRZ}}}
