Failure with more that 26 chapters.

``` Somewhat expected is that there are difficulties with more than 26 chapters or appendices (chapter "number" 'AA') - compilation fails due to the appearance of two letters in the chapter number. This might be a "won't fix" but should probably at least fail with an informative warning message to the user rather than the cryptic
