Footnotes in Author section

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. open classicthesis-article.lyx from the examples directory

2. In the author section add a footnote

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Use of \@xfootnotemark doesn't match its definition. Use of \@array doesn't match its definition.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

classicthesis.v4.1, Lyx 2.0.4, Ubuntu
