Inserting a glossary leads to many errors, there is a thread discussing this (in German): http://www.golatex.de/viewtopic,p,28067.html#28067

The problem seems to be \descriptionlabel{}, so using another style and deactivating lists for glossaries seems to fix the problem: \usepackage[style=long,nolist]{glossaries}
