nested 2GFT results wrong (in some cases?)

correct results for T and T.T with nested 1EET in 1EET (single injection, simulating 1GFT) wrong results for T and T.T with nested 2GFT in 2GFT (ideal injection point, should not differ from above case)

possible cause: sth with Tifwd, Tvfwd?, numerical overflow?

T0 should be -164.2
T.T0 should be -20
nested 1EET: ok
nested 2GFT: T0 ok, but T.T0 returns +20.
