implement new mechanism to process results

Overload asiGetSimulationRunCommand( session ). This method creates the runSimulation file. Append rungnt. This should result in a less hacky way to process results and potentially more robust.

    Probably impossible to get working because Spectre is invoked in interactive mode by default. This means that it only reads runSimulation once. After that, it stays active and is directly controlled via MPS by ADE.
