Remove SSH since "docker exec" widely available

Issue #10 resolved
SH repo owner created an issue

Ubuntu 14.03 is still Docker version 1.0.1, build 990021a

In future (Docker 1.5+) there will be no need for OpenSSH - it will remove key generation at startup and remove one running daemon
