Lot of Quere, the server its freeze

I have poste version 2.3.10 FREE # 1984.

I have a problem that is a client send about 190000 email in one day, I think is because have a virus or somethig.

now I cant clear que queue. I need to find the path of the queue to remove all emails, of a command to cancel everithink in the queue.

An easy way to help is to simply delete all the contents of

data/queue/smtp/*
...and...
data/queue/submission/*
