2.3.21 - Delivery Log miss records

My company using 2.3.21 Poste.io pro version and sometime got log record missing.

Here is the log delivery record with email number 153919@ the poste.io gui show nothing

And here is the list file show inside the server

So the Delivery log missing record of 25-05.

    It seems like a problem, can you please pack me these files and also log/mail.*, log/s6/haraka-submission/* and log/s6/haraka-smtp/* and send it to sh@poste.io or attach here?

    Ok, but the log/mail.* have some files with large size, can i upload to somewhere ?

    Sure, you can use your own cloud service or just curl --upload-file package.tgz https://files.poste.io/
