Trying to build for ARMv7 A83T based BananaPi-M3

I found the Dockerfile for analogic/poste.io :- https://hub.docker.com/r/analogic/poste.io/dockerfile

I have tried to move it to debian:latest, need to update it to LTS Node.js, but am having issues with :-

a) the missing external files I cannot find

b) https://skarnet.org/toolchains/cross/ does not support A83T

I was wanting to build it locally om my Banana-M3 machine.
