Add sabre/dav support for calDAV and cardDAV

Hi,

I'm looking for alternatives to iRedMail, I just installed poste.io and it's amazing, I love it! after test driving it for a couple of weeks I'll buy the pro version.

Only one thing would be great, as you already setup PHP/nginx for roundcube, it would be nice to add both sabre/dav and the roundcube sabre plugin to have fully integrated standard calendars and contact lists (PIM), as this would allow me migrate my contacts and calendars from gmail into my own solution, and use them on my iphone, ipad, mail and calendar desktop clients.

This goes the same for sharing them with my co-workers.
