Roundcube plugin support?

Thanks for this awesome docker image. :+1: Everyone who did setup this setup before by hand will thank you! :)

I am hosting the mail server for me and some friends, I would like to have plugin support in roundcube webmail. For example enable the plugin to change passwords directly in the webmail, or to install different skins, etc.

Changing password can be done through administration - i will consider to add password plugin, but i want to keep roundube as small as possible. User installed skins is not possible afaik. You can always create separated image with roundcube...
