Domain Administrators should be able to add new domains that forward to their admin domain

For easy usability, it would be great if a domain administrator could add a new domain that forwards to the domain he's administrator of. He should also be able to administrate the domain he has added.

I am closing this for now. This doesn't mean that it is bad idea but it would need more granular permissions implemented.
