I think DNS blacklist checks are not working:

But check on mxtoolbox.com indicates mailserver is blacklisted:

What blacklists does poste.io mailserver check exactly?

Initialy we have used more dnsbl servers but there were too much false positives. Right now default installation has these:

spamsources.fabel.dk, zen.spamhaus.org, b.barracudacentral.org, bl.spamcop.net

We have form for custom dnsbl setup in dev now. It will land in next version. Right now it can be customized by updating /opt/qpsmtpd/config/dnsbl_zones
