Optimize Resource Usage

Basically my biggest complaint with poste (run via Docker) is its resources requirements.

At idle (doing nothing at all) this thing consumes ~800MB of memory :/

Can we use this issue to track optimizations we can make?

Looks like clamd is eating up over ~500MB of RSS :/ Whoah!

Also if you don't need clamav you should use DISABLE_CLAMAV=true
