Spam send via poste.io

Hi,

i use the free version of poste.io with docker. Very Easy to install and it is in free version enough for me. Good work!

But in the last days some send spam via my server to other people. At the moment i shutdown my docker container.

What i have to do to block the spam machine which is sending mails via my server?

You can try the mxtoolbox.com supertool for SMTP that includes checking to see if your system is an open relay. This is the URL --> https://mxtoolbox.com/diagnostic.aspx .. simply enter the FQDN for your email server (hostname.domainname.ext .. eg. mail.mydomain.com) and click the test button.

Please see the logs. By default poste.io is not open to any kind of spamming through.
