I disabled antivirus check and spam check for inbound emails. 1. I still have email that getting into quarantine. 2. New records appears in Karma records. I have many issues because of it.

I have question. How exactly is karma records appear? How to disable it. How to disable clamav entirely ?

1. I use mail server for bounced emails - poste mail server blocks a lot of bounces
2. I use it for delist IPs from spamhaus. And when I delist many ips , spamhaus appear in karma records, and after that I can't get any emails from spamhaus.

• clamav is not the only check which can send email to quarantine, you can read through logs to know which action actualy trigger quarantine
• karma is essentialy for misbehaving mailservers, proper mailserver should not get any karma at all - there is no option to disable karma, but if you have problem with one remote mailserver (spamhaus) you can always add them to whitelist

1. do you have log example? there are detailed logs at log/delivery folders
2. I am not really sure that I understand your usecase, but please paste some log about spamhaus email
