Blacklist / Whitelist pagination

Add the indicator to identify "current page" along with "total pages" similar to the one found on the quarantine and delivery log lists.

In particular the "Automatically generated" and "Karma records" lists.

    Thats intentional design. These collections can have tousands items and it is just easier to not have traditional pagination than fight performance drawbacks. (due performance these items are stored in Redis collections so simple SQL queries doesn't work here)

    Ok.. from a coding perspective I can appreciate the added challenges this would present. Unfortunate but definitely understood.
