/etc/cron.daily/logrotate failes with -e "DISABLE_CLAMAV=TRUE"

Former user created an issue

with the latest update 2.13 free the admin account gets this message

/etc/cron.daily/logrotate: error: stat of /var/log/clamav/clamav.log failed: No such file or directory run-parts: /etc/cron.daily/logrotate exited with return code 1
