Request: Mailbox Full Notifier on control panel

Love the new quota notification system, it's truly great! Thank you so much for listening to feedback, and implementing it so quickly. It really makes a huge difference for day-to-day management of the email service.

A trivial thing, but I have found there is no way to tell at a glance when someone is at their quota from the admin control panel. Maybe a warning could be added, like the yellow triangles for within 15% of quota, and red triangle for on/over quota?

One of the biggest headaches we get is people not managing their quotas, then complaining emails aren't arriving, and if we know in advance (yellow triangle ~15%) we can either warn them, or archive things for them in advance.

Or even, if it's easier just email the system administrator when people are approaching their quota?

Or even easier, BCC the system admin when the client receives the message?

I like the warning / alert idea on the control panel... too many emails get overlooked. However, including an option/setting to include BCC to admin mailbox could be a nice option / compromise in addtion to the warning / alert thing.
